So I've been owning my blaster for a year, it sat all winter and now I finally have time to pull it out of hibernation. Are there anything I should do before I start riding it? Here's a list of things that I have done:
*tomey b1 full exhaust w/jett and filter element. Be sides these parts everything remains original including the oil pump.
I heard that I should drain the tranny oil? What do everyone think? If anyone has any input please let me know thanksI:I

What I would do ....Drain tranny fluid...bolt is on bottum of engine between frame tubes. replace with ATF it works fine....Drain gas and replace, you said you still had the oil injection ...right...well lets hope it keeps working...lol Got a question though...did you store it sitting on all 4 wheels? If not, like if you stored it on its rear wheels...like a wheeley you need to prime your oil injection system.Cant help with that ....never used one...took mine off and threw away...lol Check tires for cracks dont want to find them on the trail...you know what i mean...lol Clean air filter...make sure brakes work..lol I would make sure all bolts and nuts where trail ready....TIGHT..kick start it ...warm it up if it starts, if you dont have to clean carb first...and make sure it runs and idles well.......

Well I drained my tranny, but I dont know where to fill it back up and what type of fluid do I use? Bluedragon1998 says I can use atf, does that mean atf for the cars? if so what weight?

you can use normal 10w30 or you can use belray gearsaver 80w , i have heard of atf fluid being used, not sure on the weigh, and put 650ml in the fill hol it uptop right by the kickstarter

cool thanks... Do I have to really need to drain my oil revisor tank since I dont have a oil block off kit? If so how would I drain it and prime the system?
