hey every one i just got an 04 blaster i just made this thing and i may be in rong thread but took me 20 min to get this far anyway im preetysure is a 2004 blaster when i got it the guy said he bought it with a lwan mower the guyy kicked it one in done he let it sit for a wile i got it i cleaned fuel tank pet weiner line carb and i put 2 caps on the oil side of the carb cause the nipples where just open its got a fmf exhoust 270 main i belive its got blue spark i looked at the reeds no bends couldent c any sunlight wont start im stumped fuel+air+spark+compression should equel a running blaster but its not i even tryed to pull start it befor i caped of the oil side and it dident pop not a lick so twomorrow ima pull off the flywhele side of things and c if its missing a woodruf key if not i may just leave it outside 22ed st okay so i couldent pull the flywheele off have to run up to cahills for a expensive ass puller but does any one have any ideas and yes it still has its tors system i tryed unpluggin it and it still dident start

That was one long sentence! You need to make sure you have spark first. If you do have blue spark then you can move onto fuel. Is the air filter clean?
Well it sounds like your first step should be determining if you have spark or not sense it looks like you leaned both ways in the description of your problem.
A flywheel puller for a blaster i believe is only about $20 on ebay but you will have to wait for it to ship, if you can find it locally thats a score but again find out if you have spark before you start buying stuff.
The wires have to be connected together if it is a 04.
Pull out the choke (fuel enrichment) keep your thumb off the throttle.

srry guys i posted th and went to sleep i worked all day today. i know i went both ways a little but i read a buch and it seenms like u guys drill people about the lack of info i went to cahills 2day and was gonna get the puller to cheack timeing and make sure its not advanced at all but i wasent paying 56.99 for a 4 inch piece of steel and its got a lil blue spark on botth plugs the br8es and the b8es i no the r plugs are bad but it came with it and tomorow or the nxt day ill go buy a compression testor cause outher the the timmimging being off from an after market stator or just 2 little compression i dont understan why it wont start or even pop i tryed startin fluid dident do anything my leg is damm sore and yes im in the just wana ride stage but i would live if i could just hear it start brap braaap and i know i have horable puncuation

ok so its raining today i went out pulld the enricher kicked it like 20 times nothing.
so i pulled the spark plug (brandnew) motor has nvr started with this plug its was shinny and wet so i kicked it few times to clear the clyender and let it sit for 20 mins or so.
came back put plug it kicked it still nothing pulled plug grounded and hand kicked the lever got spark
so the plugs wet getting fuel spark plug is sparking so untell i get a compression test and a leakdown test done the onley thing i no left would be timeing but 2 strokes dont have timeing outher then an advance or retard unless its a after market coil like some of the rmatv ones the trigger coil was off by 40o and switching the wires would fix that
but i cant remove flywheel and waiting for payday to buy one from ebay cause cahills wants over 50 for one and its just a little piece of steel :|

So you have spark, is it bright blue?
Is it a new plug, it could be breaking down under compression?
Blasters initially have a set timing provided by the position of the flywheel.
If the spark is at the correct time, that leaves compression or fuel.
Is there a possibility that the constant kicking may have flooded the crankcase?
What is the float level set at?
