These are 7 LED 100,000 hour lamps made by Streamlight .
They come with the 3M sticky tape to affix the lights to your helmet .

damn they aren't removable?

The lights are removeable from the base . but the base stays attached to the Helmet . I'll post a pic of it w/o the lights connected so you can see what it looks like . each light is removed by a screw/hinge pin . comes out in 30 seconds .
