Just wanted to stop by and say hello.

I am looking at purchasing a used blaster and wanted to get some feedback from some of the pro's/knowledgeable folks on here. I always hate finding out information after I make a purchase about something that should have been different.

Here is a link to the 3 I am contemplating. Please let me know your thoughts. Over priced, good/bad deal etc..

Thanks ahead of time.

Which Blaster to buy? - Imgur

thats a tough one considering they're all the same price, which really isn't bad considering their condition.
expect less hours on the 06's ?? just for the age ?

i see some goodies on the 98, and brand new tires.
but cable brakes

stock tires still on the white one = lower hours ? but expect to put $200-300 into it just for new shoes right away

a pipe and good tires + extra paddles on the blue one.

if you don't want to put anymore into it ?
i'd go with the blue just for the hydro brakes and good tires.
if putting a few $ into hydro brake conversions, or dealing with the troublesome cable brakes doesn't bother you ?......the black 98

do a compression check on all of them, if not 120+ psi....pass.
anywhere near 100psi will need a top end soon

I had a typo on the date for the Blue Blaster. It is a 2002 not 2006. So from what I have been reading i am guessing it doesn't have hydros.

The 2002 one is nice! and a set of sand tire mounted on rims, toomey exhaust killer new front tires- even if the rest is stock looks to be in great condition, If it compression tested good, I'd seroiusly think about it.

BTW 2002 has hydros i can see the master cylinder on the handle bars! I feel it's worth a G!
