heat cycles/ plug

alight so im on my last stage of breaking in my
engine, got it all back and runng yesterday..
just wondering, i have a 290 main and a 35mm pilot
is this a good color to be running at the last heat
cycle are should i go lower on my jets??

that looks really rich, but are you just at idle there? the pilot may be a little big but without knowing any mods its hard to tell

no i have to run it for the the last time in a couple mins and im dont with the break in.. i have a bills pipe, carbon reeds, .40 over, and a dp clutch.. that about all..

finished with the breakin, changed the plug and its kinda a blackish greyish color.. should i got down to 280 a stick with the 290??

if it runs good with the 290 do it that way, i would feel better if i did a plug chop though

i did a reg plug chopp and the color on the spark plug is blackish grey, i didnt have the bike long enough to feel the power it has to tell if its boggy are not but it kinda feels like it..

go down a size and do another chop then and see what happens
