head studs

they are standard thread. righty tighty lefty loosey. but they are made to stay in when you torque the nuts down. so if you duble nut it you can pull em off tighten 2 nuts together, and loosen with the bottom nut. they should come right out.

as for painting with high temp, best way is to blast it in a sand balster, shoot it with quick dry high temp. if you can put some heat to it, it will set up. high temp paint doenst officially set up until theres heat put to it....and it tends to stick better when you roughen up the surface as you would with a sand blaster...just make sure not to hit the inside of the cylinder, and when the paint dries, give it a good cleaning...
