Head milling and jetting question

If i shave my head .30 off, should it affect my jetting any.

i shoundnt but u have to run super+ gasoline

i had 2 lean mine out a bit bu that was because i had a airleak

The OEM set up is almost .125" to piston to head clearance
Cut it and run 87 pump fuel
The better way is to redesign the combustion chamber and run the clearance tight
