It's working but it's not bright. Like to no what can I do to fix it to where it's bright I cut some wires off from the tors removed the tors any help will be great

Does it stay dim even when you rev the motor, you can get a high output stator winding to out in place of the stock one or you can get an upgraded plate with adjustable timing, and high output lighting and ignition coils/windings etc. ,there is even an entire kit mostly for upgraded ignition, but with a more powerful lighting coil as well.
Prices range from around 50 for a stronger coil, to nearly $500 for the complete setup with programmable cdi box , high out put windings, ignition coil, and regulator
of course it could be a weak ground , a short I'm the lighting coil, wrong bulb, weak or poor connections....the list goes on. I haven't been thru the it personally but the service manual does have an electrical trouble shooting guide with test specifications and methods for various components. After checking anything I though might be suspect. I eod look to the service manual next.

The voltage regulator may be holding the voltage down.

Usually when a reg fails it lets the voltage soar way up high.

It has been known for a regulator to also over limit and. Hold the voltage down, not a common ocurrance but sometimes it happens.

Is the lens clear and not cloudy or have any moisture in it ?

Thank you

So when I got the blaster it was junk got it from a kid I rebuild it took off the tors so I had to cut some wires I watch a video how to do it on youtube but the blaster runs great not the only thing is headlight not bright sucks I just don't no where to start I run down the wires to make sure ground is hook up and looks like it is so what should I check first and how I Do have another blaster that works great light works really good thought about switch parts to fine out what it is

I believe the service manual has testing specs for various parts such a voltage regulator, lighting coil etc.
Sometimes it is easier to just swap out parts change out the voltage regulator, silver box on the top left under the "hood" .
lighting coil iirc it is the white one on the left of the stator plate.
then there is the bulb switch and wiring,

there could be some sort of short in the brake light wiring circuit that is pulling power down. But usually that will kill the circuit entirely,or change with bumps
