I've got a 1999 Yamaha blaster with factory carb that won't idle. It's got the air box lid on and I've got a fmf powerecore II on it. Idk if these factor in any at all. Anybody got any suggestions?

u should have rejetted for the exhaust for starters but have u played with the big idle screw under the seat at all?
Well it was blown when I got it so I just fixed it and didn't know you had to do that. Yep I've messed with it for about an hour and no luck yet
List any mods if known, like air box lid off, or on, what pipe, type of air filter.
Oil injection or fuel/oil ratio, Eg, 32:1. What brand gaskets did you use.
Could the motor be sucking air, how much smoke and what color.
How does it run at other throttle openings?
Have you cleaned the carby and done a leak down test?
