does this sound like hanging revs? 50 pilot, letting off thottle right away.

Sounds good to me! Your jetting is probably a little rich and it'll need some tuning to get it spot on, but a little hanging rev (provided you don't have any air leaks) is usually just a sign of rich jetting. My Blaster did it before I tore it down for an upgrade, and I was running a rich pilot jet. I did a leakdown test and had no air leaks...
dude mine has always idled faster than yours, and i like it that way... and it sounds great man, can't beat the sound of a 2 stroke!
its about time somthing works out for me, today i went to the dealership and got a swinger skid plate for 27 bucks on sale it was orignally 109 ohyay
