hanging idle and idles high oiler removed help

I have a 98 blaster .10 over new top end i got blaster n tors system is all on but the oil fill jug i have a hanging idle and don't know how to adjust idle i can adjust it a little by air fuel screw but idk what to do i don't wanna blow it up after getting new top end does tors system still work without oiler or does it think it should be sucking oil i plugged off 3unused vac hoses at carb but i don't know what to do its all stock just fmf pipe what should i start with n is there an idle screw n ebreak was removed
 
Those are vents and a bowl drain on the carb, and the vent needs to be opened. Idle adjuster is located under the fuel tank...if you remove the seat, you can see the adjuster. Try to adjust idle, located on the tors, then go from there if theres no change.
 
I have the vents the idle adjust under the seat I've adjusted and it will idle it up but not keep it consistntly down if i remove tors 3prong plug n all wires will that help i have no idea I'm guessing
 
Vents r open and idle adjust i have whole way counter clock wise n i still have hanging idle when i hit gas I'm still in break in period only have 4hrs on motor since top end
 
You probably have an air leak somewhere. If you keep running it like that you will be doing another top end soon. You need to build a leak tester or pm member AWK08 and get one from him.

Did you mix the fuel 32:1? Also you need to check the jetting in the carb. Since you have an FMF pipe you should have at least a 270 main jet. Check jetting and report back. Look into getting a leak tester too.

How do i check to c what jet is in it and mix is 40.1 For break in .but i was just told bc the tors system stl being there n just oil jug removed it will keep idling high untill i remove that whole system which i know isint that hard i am ordering the throttle kit to deleat the tors unit on top carb n putting drilling n tapping a new idle screw but i have stock header do i need to jet it just with the muffler?

Did you leak test before starting?
How many heat cycles did you perform before riding it?
Did you re torque the fastenings?
Have you exceeded 3/4 throttle yet?
What oil are you using?
Do you know how to type in English?

Make your mind up it is either stock or not.

Mix at 32:1 as 40:1 is not enough oil for a 200cc two stroke.

Perform a leak test, more than likely the fresh rebuild is sucking air, the cause of the problematic idle.

Report back after leak testing with the results and we can take it from there.

So i did leakdown test and that was fine i haven't had it past 3/4 throttle yet and all the correct hoses are plugged off on carb n the other ones open for overflow etc i still need to remove rest of tors system and i ordered the kit to deleat it the rite way with new cable n carb top and the tap and new screw needed to adjust idle after but .i started it last nite and it revs reallly high and has a hanging idlle after hitting the gas any advice ?n motor work done is i believe a 10 over bore and just the fmf power core muffler stock header i don't know what else to look for any help would be appreciated
