Handmade expansion chamber!

Hello everybody!I rebuild an old dt 200 37f with blaster's engine parts like vito's stroker +3 crank,wisseco piston 67,75mm and V-force 3 reed valve system.
The problem is that there is no aftermarket exhaust for this model,so I would like to make my own expansion chamber.
I can calculate the diameter and the length of its cone,but I'm looking for a reliable scheme for handmade blaster exhaust to make a good start from.
If anyone knows something,please reply.

Pick up the book "two stroke performance tuning" by adam graham bell, it has a ton of great info to get you started in your quest. Its hard work but not impossible.
