Well, my heim joints are bad as well as my tie rod ends.

kinda sucks I have to wait for new parts. I'm just never going to get to ride this year.

Not right now. I think heim joints will be sent. ASR replied to my email and asked me my mailing address and for what machine.
 
It's cool that you have the YFZ calipers.

Is it possible that those YFZ shocks are overextending the heims? Either on extension or compression?
 
Actually, they are trx250r calipers and spindles. As for over extending the heims, no. I actually moved the shocks up by making a new shock tower. The heims are actually centered in the opening or slightly off center some with weight on it. Basically, there is an inch more down travel in the suspension with the shocks removed.
 
Those shocks are 17 inches eye to eye. They wouldn't even bolt in the stock location...lol had to change things a bit to get them to fit.
 
I went through 2 set's last year Dave.

ASR. Still is having issues with them apparently. I will say though, they go out of their way to make it right.
