i'm feeling good about it! no garage, but it does have a carport. there's a full basement thats not finished, laundry hookups (all you youngins who haven't had to go to the laundry mat don't understand how exciting that is!) and its a 2 bedroom, hardwood floors in the bedrooms, new carpet in the hallway/living room. new fridge. good deal all around, pretty exciting all around! the water heater and furnace look fairly new as well
