found a almost brand new set of 18x10x8 razr's i know they r small but will they be to small? i do fields and mostly grass and some trails... thanks

it depends, smaller tires will give you more acceleration, where as bigger tires are going to give you more top end speed. You have to decide weather you are going to want to have acceleration or top speed, that is the only difference, and you may want to consider in the trails, you will be a little lower down, I dont know what kind of trails you do, and how aggressive they are.

ok i think im gonna get them the deal is good i apologize for the stupid topic so quick but it was on a quick auction. now im gonn ask to give me more top end b/c the blaster anyway lacks it and now with 18 inch tires i guess its gonna lack more so wat sprocket is easier to change and wat size. i heard front is easier and a 14 tooth is good? or maybe even a 15 tooth to make up for it? thanks

Is it the deal on ebay? If so, they are shredder knockoffs and are awesome!! I run that size and LOVE IT! even though You will hit the skid plate in the rear quite often in the trail........it's worth it! I will aleays run 18's on the blaster from now on. Lower center of gravity, more responsive, better sliding, JUST BETTER! Just gear to suite your needs. I found them almost perfect gearing wise (slightly low with NO top speed). So I'm gonna run a tooth larger for the snow this winter in the front. Drop back to the 13 in the spring and maybe get a 39 or 38 to compensate in between.

I would do a 14, 15 is way to big, I have a 14 dont really loose a ton of low end, it is kinda nice becasue 1st and 2nd are so fast anyways, it kinda drags them out a bit and actually feels like there is somthing there.

14tooth is where its at for almost a perfect blend of bottom end and top. as for the small tires, watch that rear brake disk and sprocked on things like logs or stumps. buy a better skidplate if youre on the trails a lot.

cool cool yea i bought the 18's i got em used from somone that used them 2times they were almost brand new. ill see how they go and ill invest in a better skidplate... im also getting a 14 tooth for the front b/c if 18 inch is gonna take away top end anyway im gonna need it.

listen. if you gonne replace the front sprocket i would also replace the rear and the chain. they all wear together and i know you dont want to spend the money on 2 other items you are gonna be more pissed when your chain jumps the sprocket and cracks your case because the chain and rear sprocket were all worn to sh*t.

best advice you could ever get about sprockets and chains. take heed, it could get really expensive if you dont.

d jackson is right i just had that problem i bought a front sprocket an found out i needed them all so i had to wait for the rest to get here

yea i feel u wats a good combo stock rear tooth with front 14? and a new chain o ring or not? i also have an extended swing so i dont know where to get a longer chain. i kno vitos has the sprockets for like 13 and 18 bux and the chains rnt expensive.

get the o ring chain i found my chain on ebay i think it was like 44 bucks for a stock length chain an i found a vitos 40 tooth rear sprocket for 15 shipped

yea, well got the tires and they r on they look sick and they rnt that small i thought they were gonna be smaller so thats good. we r gonna have to test em out. sprockets r next
