today i went out ridin on a gncc race course, it was pretty fun, i only wrecked once today, i was goin 4th gear down a trail behind a 450, and a stump was stickin outta the side, it ripped my handlebars outta my hands and threw me off, i'm not injured at all, jus super sore, it put a nice ding in my rim, so its time for some gold banshee front rims, haha, gonna get some more agressive front tires too, i would also like to get rid of my yfz shocks for some works dual rate or triple rate stock size shocks, and space my front by jus a lil to make it up to par with the banshee rear end, if anybody has some good works shocks they'd trade for some yfz shocks, send a pm my way

sounds fun i was suppoedsed to race at the quad races tonight but im going to a fathers day get together. but i am racing 2 other races that im excited about. how much were you think on the yfz shocks? just asking but i am getting banshee shocks instead.

what exactly is it about the yfz's dont you like?

a lil stiff, my original plan was to get long travel +3 arms for it, but now that i see how narrow the gncc trails are, i can't go more than a inch wider in the front, the banshee rear end actually got barely caught between 2 trees, haha, so i wanna get some stock travel works shocks to soften up the ride and so i can run stock a arms on the stock mounts

i have a set of works dual rate non rezzies, and they ride about like that. still rough in the slow.

thanks for the input, i was thinkin about gettin the yfz's re worked with triple rate springs and all, maybe ride a lil better, i'm gonna make up my mind soon when i get some money, haha

pics of you riding or you're lying, pics of any carnage as well I:I

sorry man, i'll get a pic of the rim, but we pounded it back quite a bit, and i didn't bring the camera to get any good pics of the trail or the bikes, i rode with a build 450r and a built 400ex and kept up with or went faster than them the entire time :P i owned the 400ex on a few occasions

of course you went faster than them! a blaster is a great and fast trail quad for sure! and yeah man let's see pics of that rim. and why'd you get rid of the 400ex?

i meant that i kicked his @$$, haha, i'v never bought a 4 joke, but my dad has, haha, the pic is sending from my phone to my e mail rite now, its rlly slow, i was suprised that i broke nuthing, the ding was only about an in tall, but we pounded it out, i'm gettin gold banshee rims soon anyways, if i get any bad bruises i'll show, but for now all i have is a small scrape ontop of a bruise from a tree, but my ribs feel terrible, might have bruised em, my entire back is tight all the way down and kills even after asprin, haha, i also learned today that i need a easy pull clutch, cause the stock pull sucks balls

lookin straight at it it looks okay, but it still needs bent back a lil more

a steering stabilizer might have prevented the bars being ripped from my hands, so i think i'm gonna go ahead and get one when i can save up the money

^^^ good idea on the steering stabilizer, and that dent isn't too bad and seems like your tire is still holding a good bead. and careful with your ribs bro, i wrecked my 2008 crf150f on a wheelie and it knocked 8 ribs out of place. it hurt like what you're explaining and didn't stop hurting until the chiropractor popped them back into place. if it keeps it up after 3-4 days then i'd recommend you go see a doctor.

yah, i might see a doctor if it keeps up, its even more sore today, haha i was suprised that the rim didn't jus get destroyed cause its paper thin compared to the shee wheels, haha

just be thankful that it didn't rip your tire off the bead or you would have had fun pushing it the rest of the way. you're lucky if that rock was as big as you described it.
