my point exactly. and jackass can sell stuff. it takes somebody with knowledge, expertise, training, and know-how to get the job done right the first time.

ALOT of customers try to "skimp out" on repairs, then hold the shop responsible when things finally break

Good example...guy went to wal mart for an oil change. Was informed he should replace his drain plug, was kind of stripped and nasty. a whole $3.00.... and he said no. couple days later he comes back car on a tow truck with lawyers talkin about a lawsuit.... MORON
