gizzy's re-vamp (we will call it)

oh sorry..... yeah ive seen bad stuff happen at school people dont know anything there working on stuff..... and they wonder why i take so long.... my answer is cause i do it right the first time

Not a good idea to use oil when tapping aluminuim, it allows the swarf to accumulate in the flutes of the tap and can cause the tap to tear.

Recommended lubricant/coolant is Methylated spirit.

Kerosine with a dash of oil is next best, a big no is WD40, it is not a lubricant.

The idea when tapping aluminium is to keep the swarf from jamming up the tap.

well busted another flippin clutch cable..... number 3 now :( well anyway ordered 2 while i was at it cause they are only $10 on rockymountain

idk it could have a heavy clutch.... the guys i got it from had some 1000cc mountain slds sitting in their shed.... but it seem like they never rode the blaster as they said it sat at their cabin and only got driven to the beach and back like a mile away.

well rode for 3 hours today, washed it twice, shoulders are killing me now, got sun-burnt and destroyed both front shock..... WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

one was bent from a hard landing last year, so the seal wore out and blew oil everywhere this last winter, and i bent the shaft today jumping off the top of a sandpit, so it gets stuck up and im 3 wheelin I:I and the other one is just super worn out, and soft

i dont care because they are just stock ones,

got my shocks today from "jays blaster" they are soooooo different it almost doesn't feel right, never going back to stock ones again.

next on my list are: some A-arms form jays blaster and i need to get a case saver

does KOR case saver work with 14 tooth sprocket????

so love the shocks..... never got pictures for you guys i guess.....

ordered a KOR case saver today, and i have +2 A-arms on the way, should be here tuesday or Wednesday

will get pics of all these when they get here

Jays blaster had them. I believe they are four play that needed heim joints. The only thing is they are not +3 up 1. They are just +2. The price was right though.
