If you are still using OEM Blaster front shocks, consider upgrading to OEM Banshee fronts. The Banshee fronts can easily found in the $40-$60 range and was an amazing improvement over the stock Blaster shocks.

yeah i have read that, i am at stock blaster fronts..... id like to just upgrade once (haha i blew the top seal on one so its just the spring its nice and soft I:I)

u mean like run one carb and switch to see if u can feel the difference???? or what cause alot of people run 30mm

Yes, different carbs and what difference it makes. I expect a bigger carb will favor topend HP and smaller will favor low end torque. On the KDX 200/220, that's one of the differences, the smaller 200 uses a 35mm and the larger 220 uses a 33mm. Along with the 220 having a 3mm over bore. The 220 is a torque monster compared to the 200. I've ridden both quiet a bit, so it's the best reference I have.

well i got a carb cap in the mail today:

and im getting the braided cable from herpderplol

now we both are waiting for the idle needle kit to get here to finish removing TORS

got our needles in today..... and since its snowing super hard.... will probably be installed soon to.

bought the banshee kit for 2 needles, it also says banshee/blaster on it to though

well i got that done, didnt go to well....... ran-away on me.... cause the slide got stuck at 3/4 throttle had a grain of sand in between slide and carb wall, so had to take all apart and clean that out

but now finally done, so im now TORS free I:I

File the area where it needs to be flat before you tap. Take your time tapping !! Keep reversing tap often to release chips from tap.

I need to file the flats for screws on the Banshee when I put summer jets in here soon. Wasn't enough with the lock nuts on screws.
