Gearing Suggestions?

Well since my rear sprockets now bent into a bowl I need to buy new sprockets. I have stock blaster motor with a toomey pipe and 20's on the rear. it currently has stock 13 40 gearing in it but was thinking about getting 14 40 to accomodate for the smaller rears and to get a little more top end any other suggestions to what i should get?

..how it is now ive topped it out at around 60-65 ,while riding a path next to the highway i kept pace with the traffic

14/40 is the most common gearing, leaves enough bottom for the woods, and adds a few mph"s on top

i like the 1440 as well better all around gear than than 13 but i run 18's in the back

thanks man! thats what ill go with then, ordering them tonight since i need to get new tires for the 250x, been riding that and got a lr flat beyond plugging =/ did put a pipe on that thing and it rips much better now though!

ive also been trying to get a 14t front sproket but i keep forgetting to call the place to see if they have one in stock. i got 18"s and my gears 1-4 just feel too short, i dont even use 1st anymore really lol.

I am running 12/40 with 18 just cause i like to be quick outta the hole rather than kill myself at 60-70 mph haha

yo sweet plastics man those are tight, 14/40 is the way to go if you got power to pull it

thats seems rediculous to me. unless ur racing on a track then i guess its alright.

u can start in 3rd gear....with it geared that low lol
