new to owning a quad needa kno what gas to put in it under the seat thares a oil bottole. do i pre mix oil with gas to put in tank n the oil bottle under seat is for crank case oil?

Welcome to the forum bro.

First thing the Blaster stock has an oil injection system. The oil goes in the jug under the seat and straight gas in the tank. You should run high test gas in it.

I think you should figure out if the oil injection is still hooked up and working. If not then you have to premix with a quality 2cycle oil; at 32:1 ratio.

As for the crank case on a 2stroke you dont put oil there that is what the premix is for. You do have seperate gear box oil.

Welcome.READ UP BEFORE YOU RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If not you will mess up your Blaster! You need to know oil gas mix-jetting ect.

how do i check if its still working? and wat oil should i be puting in the jug, and is thare a mark on how much or should thare be a ratio

Ok is ther oil in the oil tank under the seat. Look on the carburator on the shifter side of the motor there should be a little hose connected to the carb from the oil tank.
Or just call the person you bought it from and ask them.

Your best bet is to buy the kit and delete it.It could break on you at any time.I know you want to just jump on and ride but if you don't do what needs to be done. You won't be ridding long anyway.

its still hooked up i kno it is but i just need to kno wat kind of oil to use and how much is thare a marking on the side of the bottle.. thanks

hey i know this isnt going to answer your question, but just from my own expierence, get rid of the oil injection. when i bought my blaster we rode it one time and it blew up. it had oil in the oil injection tank and everything, we thought it was an old bore so we didnt bother to check the oil injection system. we threw on a brand new top end on the bike. not even 2 hours of putting around it blew up again!!!! come to find out the plastic gear on the injection pump got shredded. my whole summer riding season was ruined all because of the stupid injection system. its better to just spend like 30 dollars on an oil injection block off kit and suck it up on pre-mixing your gas it will go a lot longer, and its a good insurance tip if u wanna look at it like that. lol. just a piece of my horrible expierence to help u from having it done to u.

Ok so the oil injection is still hooked up get some quality 2 cycle like yamalube or belray and so on, fill the oil tank with it and just run premium gas of your choice.

Also like stated you should get rid of the oil injection it is just a problem waiting to happen.

The smart thing to do^^^^^^Rep for good advice.

run yamalube 2s fill up the tank under the seat......in the mean time look on ebay for a oil injection block off then you will need to premix at 32/1 and that 8oz of oil to 2 gal of fuel
