it wouldnt be about money for me, its about the effort of taking it all apart, cleaning it, preping for paint, assemblind and making sure it still works lol.
im cheap lol but ill be taking it apart every year to check every peice to make sure its safe. i want to have lots of fun on it but dont want to die on it lol :d
got my shock covers! they look sexy. cover fever on ebay(gothefever) is awsome, there great and cheap if u need some he's got some
god damn it sank to the 2nd page. shows how much progress ive made lol.
pissed that i still havent got the piston, better be tomorow. but i all the rest of the sh*t from project blaster. no more stuff coming in except the piston. maybe if i decide to, axle bearings. most likely not, they only have a bit of play.

that stuff from projectblaster is sick. im gonna get the air box, and hand guards when i finally have the cash to build my motor.

yo the airbox is so nice. i plopped it on the frame just to see how it looks and god damn this quads going to look sooooo much better. the orange handgaurds match so well! and the shock covers are sick too. the orange and black colour scheme is going well. i was thinking im going to paint the cylinder and head black and do the fin trim in orange. that would look bomb. then all i would need to finish the colour scheme is orange on black lepord print felt to recover the seat
i did order it online... im waiting for it to get here. its .020 over for the big bore. its a wosner piston and buddy told me it would work with the vitos kit. says CT big bore kit, but why wouldnt it work with the blaster? anyone know it wont work? he said it would.
why didnt the company that did the bore order you the piston for the bore size you were getting done.
i got the vitos kit used. buddy gave me a .010 piston with it and said it needed to be bored to it, ended up beaing worn to sh*t so i had to get a bigger piston....
good luck. that is one thing i would never buy used on ebay. a BB kit. who knows what they did to them i bet for all the hassle you wish you would have just bought a brand new one.
