Full pressure to no pressure? Clutch issues

Yeah, the ball bearing is gone. No idea where it is. I'll look for that #5, starting to worry about the bottom end the previous owner did. Strange that I'm missing that one part. Would it have worked without them?[/QUO

Well, that could be why your clutch boss is chewed up some, where the fibers go. and no. without the ball bearing, the clutch would not have worked at all.

Maybe a little with a missing ball bearing and super adjusted clutch lever. Not without the thrust plate #5! It sometimes gets stuck on back of the inner basket.

mine had 2 bearings in it

To compensate for the bad clutch rod!

Those washer outlined, Do Not mix those up keep the ones for the gear seperate, the two for the clutch are a certain thickness!

Ummmm those are just how I pulled them out of my parts box. Are those the order?

Ok, this has been bothering me. How bad is my clutch basket? you can see there is some grooves in the basket. Is it fileable?

The grooves in the basket look deep to me, I would be looking at replacing the basket.

well, ive been told the baskets arent really balanced. Would it be possible to go in there and tig weld it? Also what order do those washers go in?
