Probably an easy question but I am not sure. I started my hydro conversion today and need to figure out the lines and routing. The first question is do both the YFZ and Blaster use the same size fittings at the master cylinder and and caliper as each other. The next question is what is the best route to run the lines from the calipers to the frame (front side or back side of the a-arms)? Pics of how yours are run if posible. Thanks guys.

run them from the calipers into the frame on the backside of the upper a-arms to keep them protected and from branches grabbing them, the rappy660 lines i used actually have a clip on protective cover that holds them to the rear upper a-arm, the way the line connects to the caliper faces them in the right direction, there's very little play to swivel the line any other way
look in my "01 build" album, theres pics in there

and all yamaha sport quads use the same 10mm banjo bolts

Cool man. The YFZ lines go out toward the back too. They have the spot for the clip too but I didn't get the clip with my setup. Good to know what way to run them though. I may go with 2 ss braided lines instead of the setup on there now.

the billet clamps that only fit the braids, not the thick rubber stockers, look like there gonna work ok, like $15 on ebay,
my sons are just ty-rapped for now....works
