I am new to riding really just got a used 03 blaster a few months ago...it blew up when we bought it so i fixed it removed aftermarket intake and i replaced the oil injection we thought the plug would foul because of over rich gas i cleared out the rest of the mixed but it fouled still is there something i could be doing wrong? When me and some friends pulled the plug(out on a trail) it mwas wet, black, and were sure it fould so we cleaned it up skrewed up the gap but ran it back.

yeah check your fuel mixture do you know what it's jetted to? and after you have been riding for awhile in lower rpm's try to get it out in an open space and get the rpm's up if you can.

he said he dosent premix he put the injection back on. i would clean your carb real nice, there is probally something sticking a little. and like the other guy said keep your rpm's up, you wont hurt a blaster by revving it high.

check the kind of oil you put into the oil tank. the oil injection oil is a little thinnner than the premix kind. im not sure with other brands but yamalube the injection oil is Rs and the premix is R2. other than that i would do what the other said and look for something sticking. try and getting a nossel straw and spraying a little chain lube, WD40, PB blaster or some type of lube into your throttle cable sleave.

well what no one picked up here is he had an after market intake sistem on right???? So it is running the stock stuff now and is jetted to high......
