I tried to start the blaster, I think I flooded it, if you wait for a while will it start or do I have to buy a new plug?
No I'm not sure if its fouled, I just changed the oil, and yesterday I cleaned the carb, haven't tryed to start it scince before I cleaned the float needle, I just smelt the exhaust and it smelled like gas, also there is a red and yellow or maybe white wire by the carb that seems to be unplugged, I don't remember if it was like that before but its near the carb and I could see how I could have accidently unplugged it, I didn't want to plug it in and have it fry some electrical.. and also it dosent have a brake light. Was thinking that's what the wire was for..
I live in ravensdale, about 25 min from covington. And I figured it out!!I got ballsy and decided to plug in that wire and it started on the first kick!! Seems like my carb clean paid off, and oddly enough the yamaha lube quieted it down a bit, now I have to drain the 50:1 mix and put in some fresh yamalube 32:1 ! Then I can finnally get after it and pull some epic wheelies!. Have you flipped your front wheels? And if you did were the valve stems in the way? Ps. Thanks for the Info!!

^^^ I agree DO NOT run any type of oil other then a good 2 stroke oil designated for 2 strokes only. And your spark plug should be a b8es and it should be gapped at .7 - .8 mm not .3
Ill stay out of the premix ratio discussion cause I personally like to mix at 40-1 and 90% of the guys on here wanna crusify me for not mixing 32-1 like them haha. Again like 89blaster89 mentioned if your having any flooding problems you should check that your float height is 20 - 21.5 mm. Conrats on becoming a fellow blaster owner !
We must have contradicting manuals cause mine says .7 - .8 haha. Let's start a poll so we can figure out which one is right cause obviously one of us is gapping our plugs wrong !
