or you can try angled ones. ALso someone had a good idea, bascially remove the old vavle stem and put one in backwards to plug the hole. Then drill a hole on the outside of the rim and install a vavle stem in the correct way. That way you don't have to worry about it hitting on the inside, and it gets the stem on the outside of the tire. If you take it to a tire place they'll probably charge you a couple bucks for the stems and put them in for free cause all they would have to do is break the bead.
