I do have all the plastics i just have started to break down the parts. I already went ahead and took the engine out of the frame. The only thing that it is missing (that i know of) is the top end of the engine, exhaust pipe and it needs new tires. Below are some pictures of the bottom end of the engine. I already took off the kick start side cover. Share your thoughts and input please!!! i am new at this! So what i want to accomplish is rebuild the bottom end of the engine. I am in the proccess of getting a new top end from someone so i should have that covered.

So now i just need help on starting the rebuild of the bottom end and videos that will help lead me in the right way. Thanks! let me know if you need pictures of something.

You must be in a dry clmate, no rust. Wonder why no cylinder? Should have cleaned the engine better before taking more apart. Get yourself a Blaster flywheel puller, Clymers Repair manual or download manual on the site.
BTW

and.........
a flywheel puller, tusk clutch/flywheel holder, impact screwdriver to avoid stripping the case screws, i highly suggest an allen head case bolt kit for reassembly......

a 2 jaw puller with the proper length/thread metric bolts to screw in under the stator and push the crank and cases apart.
and a torque wrench

here's some disassembly vids, basically all the same procedure for all 2 stroke bottom ends.........
splitting 2 stroke cases - YouTube

or just watch these backwards, LOL.........

thanks guys! my plan for right now is to clean out and rebuild the bottom end and check to make sure everything is fine. i should have the cylinder jug by this week along with the piston and the rings.

so i was going through some parts that were not on the bike and i tried putting the oil tank on the frame along with the guard but i couldnt get the guard to go over the tank. im guessing it is bent where it shouldnt be. heres a picture.

take the gear out get a block off plate and make sure you block the lines going from the carb so you dont have a air leak

Unless you intend to change your oil ratio or run an oil which is not compatible with injection, do not delete the oil injection system, it works fine.

One reason for deleting the injection is because of riders who flip the bike often and introduce air into the lines.

Be prepared to bleed the system correctly.

We deleted ours because I don't want to bring 2 gas cans when I bring the dirtbike. I don't think there is any flaws in the oil injection, but I prefer to premix.

-premix all the way. never been a big fan of oil injection.
-look on youtube for the oconnerracing rebuild videos. he explains and shows in detail how to completely rebuil a blaster motor and oil block off.
