that is a really hot retro look. if that is what you were going for you hit it right on the head. I don't think you should change a thing except some motor mods. stroker, bigbore, port job. you know the works. Looks great though. those rear tires are huge. look like you are getting ready to drag that thing if it didn't have tread.
awesome deal and awesome quad. im not a big fan of yellow, but all the colors flow together in your quad. looks good. as far as the cut fenders look... i think its overrated. i cut mine and i wish i didnt. but if you want to improve the looks maybe go with a race hood or a taurus hood off project blaster
I work a lot I'm a machine operator and I worked on this in my free time over the winter or when I had time so maybe 2-3 months of a few hours here and there on the weekends.I'm a welder/fabricator by trade and also have a degree in auto I taught for a little while at the community college doing performance and advanced performance engine building.as for the updated plastics or fender trim I can't find any I like more than the current setup so ill probably leave it old school.
