Finally found a quad in my price range and a good deal.

That thing looks like a sh*t pile for $1200...I might give him $500.00. And old gas may make it smoke a bit but, bad rings on a 4 stroke make it smoke Thats what I would look out for.

Im trying to get him down to 900,the price is for both though,the other one just needs a chain and put back together. And he said it only smokes a bit,like for 5 seconds and then its gone. I know when rings are going so i can tell. And in my aera these qauds go for around 1000 in this shape so its a good deal. Will have my douglass rims and razars on the rear,and douglass rims and itp holeshots on the front.

Im pretty stoked the one in pieces is going to be a good project for over the summer and in winter.

Ohhh i will. I have a friend who can do rings for 20+the parts so im not afraid of rings.

I just wanted something that ran and this is the best deal i found so far,and the qauds are nice and reliable. 4 of my friends have them and ride like they stole it and there fine.

Yeah it looks decent though. But the one runs really nice,and the other will be a fun project,i am getting a job in the summer so ill have money for it,i just need a qaud now as i have to ride in a jamboree in the end of may and have no way to get another 1000 for a decent 400ex from around here. Hell my friend modded his 300ex for a 450r motor,which i might do to the project one. And i need a project one,i cant stand not tinkering on stuff and i dont feel like messing with my main quad all of the time.
 
Seems ok for that price to me. I just picked up a project bike for myself and I paid $450 for a 2001 the guy said " it only needs rings" well like I thought, I'm now looking for parts, so what do you have for sale??? Good luck with your purchase!!

Yeah im going to try and get him down to like 850-900 which is a awsome price around here.

It will be fun to have a qaud again and a project!

Okay, cool. I dont really care if u get it, its just that i'd rather be ridin my 4wheeler instead of workin on it and that thing needs a ton of work. Looks like a fun project tho
 
wow...haha is that ur idea of a 4 stroke bro??? thats not the best...like someone said earlier...wait for something a LITTLE better...cuz a lil in ur case is a night and day difference...hahaha but if it makes you happy do it up...
 
Thats still to much money for an old quad. Hell theres a running 95 banshee in my area for sale on craigslist for $1,000.

Yeah theres nothing wrong with it to me. They are awsome for what i do,trail riding. I wont find anything like a 400ex around here for cheap,the cheapest has been 2 grand,and i dont have that type of money. I ride my friends all the time and its a ball.

Not really around here that is a good price. But with the banshee are you getting 2 complete qauds? And he said he will more than likely take 850.

Well thats good for the banshee than. I hate them,never liked them and never will. I really dont care about speed if you look at my previous posts,i hate going super fast on qauds.

My blaster is missing a bunch of stuff since im parting it out. And the guys a prick told me he wants 2300. He wants a race ready blaster and 1000 with it.

Already talked to every person with a 400ex in the youngstow,akron,canton aera. None has one for my price range of 1000.
