Is this a good buy Blaster for sale? Pics

i'd buy one in that condition for $400 everyday if i could.
really nice shape for the year !

lookin at around $250 for a complete topend rebuild

if the bottom end is gone you will need to split the cases and to do a topend i think all you need is a tourk wrench but a bottom end rebuild i know you will need snap ring plyers and a tourk wrench

As a preventive measure, you would like find some play starting in the big end bearing when changing the piston. But on Blaster's, it's normally after the engine seizes and a chunk of piston skirt goes down to the bottom. Unfortunately, that often requires new or repaired cases.

Used FMF systems sale at around $160 used on eBay. There are always some on there for $200+ but I think those are the same ones that were there a year ago and on the other end, sometimes you can get lucky. The one I have I won for right around $100. I've got a brand new complete KOR topend sitting here is the shop (ported cylinder, rechambered head, Wiseco piston kit and OEM topend gasket set), just in case you want to go all out with your new engine. I've heard the KOR topend is the stuff.

Check your PM I sent you a message

Best thing to do, call the shop (number at bottom of every page on his website) he will tell you as much as you want to know or ask, he will tell you prices for everything before you send him stuff
