i believe the f7 pipe is an independent design even though it's made by a different company. in fact almost all pipes are made by a couple different manufacturers, but they are all designed by the company. so i doubt that the f7 and powerpros are the same pipe.
also, i agree w/ flotek about the spacer. it doesn't really do any good. you're losing compression, and the charge isn't really being moved any more than w/o the spacer.
i had an f7 for about 3 months and it was a great pipe. a lotta peak hp, but the band was pretty narrow. it would wind up high, but it would get there late in the band and would over-rev real fast.
