Did any of you guys with this type of exhaust (or similar) have trouble mounting the silencer? I just got this type of exhaust and the lower tab on the silencer doesn't line up to the bolt hole. If you have pics of how it is mounted that would help. I think I have the head pipe mounted correctly but I want to make sure.

eh mabey a little, but not too bad. normally mounting the header is the tricky part.

No problem with the silencer, but took me a minute to figure out how to get the head pipe on. I can't get ya a pic till I get home later this evening. I have a '89 so i don't know if anything is different frame wise. But mine line up good. I had a little issue with the head pipe mount but solved that with a little bend.

The head pipe might be an issue then because I don't have any instructions, however my power core silencer mounted up to the head pipe no problem. Does that mean my silencer may be bent?

I had to remove the lower fender mount to get the angle i needed to bolt the header pipe on. Once i figure that out- piece of cake, now if i could get it to stop leaking where the pipe goes in the flange i'd be good. Seems to be cocked and leaks out one end. I may have to put some high temp rtv on it then reassemble. I just can win with this build, if something could go wrong it has. But a few more tweaks and grip it and rip it!!
