Exhaust Pipe mounting Piece

I have an FMF Gold Fatty. I need the piece that bolts to the pipe and the mounting point on the frame. It's 2 flat pieces of metal held together by rubber. i dont know any better way to describe it. thanks for looking.

These should bolt on, on top of the expansion chamber on the front, and bolt to the frame.
