We live in the Erie area and have great fun riding old railroad lines. These trails provide instant gratification on an otherwise boring day. We can easily ride to them from the house but they are an easy find for those needing to tow their wheels. The exploring is nearly endless as these abandoned rail lines extend almost forever!

Another local favorite is just to our south. Union City Dam provides a great location to unload and tear up some dirt. The area just west of the dam provides for flood control, filling up with water each spring. By early summer things dry up and offer a variety of riding obstacles.

We have lost other areas recently that had been freely accessible. Seems our options for public riding is becoming more and more limited.
