What would cause this sound in my engine. Also at the end of the video I show black coming out of my silencer, what is that from?

worked, sounds like the usual blaster noisy engine to me, unless i'm not hearing something ?
the black splooge out the pipe suggests a rich condition....jetted rich, dirty carb, dirty air filter ??
you runnin the oil injection, mixing 32:1 with a good 2 stroke oil for motorcycles ?

I am mixing 32:1, lid off with a k&n filter in the box. I am using penzoil 2 stroke oil for air cooled engines n the Carb is spotless since I just put in the idle screw for the tors elimination n cleaned the entire Carb n checked the floats. Idk if I have the air fuel set correctly.

1. why ??? i suggest a switch to a true performance motorcycle oil....yamaha, maxima, amsoil or klotz.
(search ebay or any of the online motorcycle websites and see if they sale penzoil 2 stroke oil ??? )

2. stock 32.5 pilot jet, start at 1.5 turns out, turn airscrew 1/2 turns in and out, allowing 20+ seconds between turns for the engine to catch up to the new setting, find the spot it idles the highest, should be between 1/2 turn and 2-1/2 turns out

1. I know u did but I'm still finishing off the can that I have n I haven't had time to run around town looking for some n I didn't think about eBay. Here are the pics of the bottle that I use n I only got it cause we carry it at my work.

That oil is designed for fan forced almost constant temperature motors.

You should change to an oil which is solely designed for air cooled motorcycles, as it offers greater protection the cope with the ever changing temperature of a passively cooled motor.

penzoil 2 not been good for me.


Ill never use it again, When I first got, my first boat. I used it. Never again.

I do not feel it has good enough lubricating properties. They might have gotten better, but I had really bad results with it.

Well that is probably why it seems to have a louder tic then ill be sure to find the good stuff

For a great oil with good reviews, plumb for a Castor bean oil.

If you deceide to run bean oil, you will need to run a fully synthetic oil for 2 tanks to prepare for it.
