engine sizsed 30secs after rebuild

i finished rebuild the bottom+top end today new gear,new vito's +3 crank and a whole bunch of other sh*t..
i started her up real nice on the first kick idles and all..
i went to put some patrol in it and after i finished refueling about 30 secs after the i was at 2 gear and the rear wheels locked and then it stopped,i kicked it again and it started for 10 secs and died.
every minute or two i could start it for 10-15 secs and then it died again.
what could it be?
i rebuilt it after the crank sized and the cylinder was 68MM so i put a 0.80 piston in it and only honed it and ported it.
could the cylinder be oval?
what to check?

could be ur jetting is off and ur carbs not tuned in after u bored it out and did all that

well maybe the flywheel came off,is it seized for sure ?

siesed or just shuts off?? is your fuel petcock open all the way??? clogged?

Are you still running oil injection.If so you need to premix the gas and still run the oil tank injection for the break in period for proper lubrication.Maybe thats it also did you do the hone yourself or have a shop do it.Keep us posted.

it didnt really siezd it shut off and i could start it for about 10-15 secs so the fly wheel didnt come off.
i run premix,and the tors is eliminited(the previous owner cut the yellow and black wire that is coming off the tors.)
and i did the honing but i work at rebuilding cylinder heads and engine work for cars so im pretty sure the honing is ok,im pretty sure its something with the cylinder.
before i rebuilt i tried putting the new piston kit on the old crank and it had too much free play so it made those klicking noises,but it ran fine and didnt shut off.
could it be something else?

i had the reeds replaced to boysen dual stage reeds,can it be the reeds?

Check the woodruff key that holds the flywheel in place. Your flywheel may not have came off, but it is very possible that it sheared the woodruff key, and that is allowing the flywheel to move. This seems to happen to everybody at least once, blasters are kind of notorious for shearing woodruff keys. It always happens right after you take off the Flywheel. Mine did the same thing, in the same situation. Only I got about half a mile from my house when it sheared and had to push it home (by the way I live on top of a hill so it was up hill all the way home. go figure just my luck:">) But the good news is a woodruff key is only like 15 cents. If its not that you may have a fuel flow problem, check all your jets, floats, line, in tank filter, carb vents.
