Engine pressure

Hey blasty bros so I just did the crank seals on my blasty
and everything came out and went back together Awsome
but I filled it with oil rode it let it set for a little checked the oil
topped it of when I opened the oil fill cap it had pressure behind
it. It sounded like u where opening a soft drink any ideas? Or
is it suppose to do that it didn't do it before I changed them.

ur crank breather hose might be clogged. take it off, and blow in the hose and see if its clogged.

^^^good advice. Also, did you leak test after? Anytime I do something that has to do with the sealing of the motor; seals, gaskets... I leak test to make Certain in tryin to fix a leak, I didn't make another instead.

I did a leak test and everything is great it runs Awsome
but that's the only problem I have it builds up pressure like
a shook in up soda I open the filler cap and psssst weird

I'd try quadriders idea the. check your vent. It's not really suppose to have pressure in the trans case. At least not enough for it to be an audible release.

yuppp not sopose to be like that. if the hose is clear, stick a tooth pick down the nipple of the case to clear it out. then what u can try is hook the hose up, open the cap. and blow in the other side of the hose, and if air goes all the way through, ur in the clear!

Ah, maybe not a toothpick. I can see that little blastard breaking off! Maybe a pipe cleaner or a piece of mechanics wire???

shweeeet GL! just make sure u can blow into the case and air comes out of the oil hole for lack of a better term....

I figured it out guys I found out that the crank case
breather was totally routed improperly it went from the
top of the case up past the carb held to the frame and came
out up above the expansion chamber part of my exhaust. Do to
this poorly routed breather the end of the hose was melted
causing an air tight seal hense the reason for all the pressure
build up in my crank case

Alright I found out what the problem was my
crank case breather hose was mounted up to it came
out on top the expansion part of my exhaust
it melted forming an air tight seal hense the reason y
it was holding pressure in my crank case. When I found
out all that I cut the hose right down and put it down
through my swing arm

Is the hose suppose to come out high I don't want
to take on water when I hit a good mud hole

You need the breather higher than the air intake.
