Okay guys I got something for you my engine is only firing about every 10 revolutions and there is not enough juice to the coil wire to even flicker a test light.. Now I have replaced pulser coil, ignition coil on stator, CDI box TORS box, the key switch has been eliminated and for sh*ts and giggles i replaced the secondary ignition coil. and if i might add all these parts are brand new. Please respond quickly I am friggen Burnt out on this issue

Wow, sounds like you pretty much replaced everything, It sounds to me like you may have a bad ground connection somewhere. I'd check/clean those & see if that takes care of it, if not, my next move would be getting rid of your TORS system, they cause a LOT of problems, try to bypass it first to see if it fires better without it. I'd check all the grounds first, alot of times it's just something that simple. 
Thought of something else, check your kill switch on the handlebars, I've had those give me problems before also!
I bypassed the kill switch on the handle bars already and removed the key cylinder. can you tell me how to bypass the TORS
