DT200 Swap

Hey guys,
I need some opinions on where to mount the radiator. I haven't got it yet just trying to see where it is going to go.

Up front radiator is ok for open country & sand but maybe not for brushy trails. Ya need to get them in some clean air but you also need to protect them. Be careful that you get the fill cap & some of the radiator above the top of the motor. Don't want an air pocket in your head/cylinder. :(

Good point. Probably going with the two atc radiators on each side.

Also want to make sure you have a coolent overflow tank if you ride in hotter weather or things could get nasty quickly! Too bad you didn't start this a month or two ago I would have sold you a mojave rad and overflow tank....

it seems that maybe we are seeing the differance between a blaster motor and different Yamaha motors, my self go with a yz a ton more power and no battery, they are getting cheap and no need to change trannies. just a thought

Thanks for the info^^^ Can any overflow tank work?

I cleaned up a Blaster oil injection tank and put back on for a radiator overflow tank. Next time we where at the dunes a fellow saw me pourin water in the oil tank. Since he had Blasters in his camp he knew I was screwin up and rushed over to save me from disaster :) We had a fun chat. For sure put an over flow tank on and make sure it works properly so you don't get air in the system.
