I had an hour or so to kill between family visits so I went into the garage to finish up my carrier bearings. All I had to do was to install the new bearings as I'd already removed the old ones the other day, piece of cake right ? . I've got a small tv in the garage and was watching the giants game while working on the bearings. I'd just finished installing the second bearing and was ready to put on the seal and guess what I forgot ? Yep you guessed it , the friggin spacer tube DOH !!! Luckily I was able to very gently tap out the bearing and finish the job the right way . Guess I'm not a good multitasker ! LOL
