I called up fmf and they told me with a completely stock engine with fmf header pipe and silencer with just the snorkel tube off(air box lid on)run a 260 main a 32.5 pilot and needle on middle position airscrew 1 1/2 out.well i have v-force reeds and air box lid off on my blaster and im running a 290 main.does this sound about right?

well I have a 290 main jet on my blaster right now. It's running to rich oil is leaking from exhaust. I'm going to switch to a 270 main. does sound about right for the fmf setup but with your vf3 reeds I would go with a 270 main.

dude its imposible to tell you for sure what you should run...but if i were you i would start anywere from 260-280...only cuz all you have is basicly a pipe and i have herd that with just the pipe you should be at a 260

Yeah...I'm surprised that they'd give you such specific instructions over the phone....every bike is different!! And they don't know the temps, your elevation, etc...

Go big, then when it's too rich, lean it out. It's not rocket scientry!!

well then your main jet is right, all you have to adjust now is your needle taper, needle clip, and pilot jet
