does is sound right ?

Hmmm. You've got a rather noticable knock in the lower end. It is probably the rod's big end bearing, as knock occurrs 'in time' with the firing of the plug. The engine is also running lean, especially at idle. Notice how quickly it revs and 'clears out' after hitting the throttle. This is one sign of a lean main jet, too. Did you do a full, split-the-case rebuild on the engine? Or just a new top end? Regardless, that carbuetor needs tuning in a hurry...

i tuned the carb now and will make a new video later on but what do you guys think sounds wrong

It sounds to me like the engine has a rod knock. It will probably continue to run like this for some time, once the carburetor has been tuned properly. However, I'd at least pull the top end off again and check out the rod. I had a '92 Blaster that sounded like this, and it's crank was in need of a rebuild. If the bike had a blown engine, it is very possible that at least one bearing in the bottom end has been damaged by lack of proper lube. You can either fix it now and know that the engine will last, or keep on running the engine like it is and hope for the best. Sometimes you get lucky. Other times, not so much. Thrown rods make one Hell of a mess when they happen...

run it tell she blows up again!! just jet it right, and run it

^^Agreed^^ That's what I'd do, too. Might want to look around for a new crank, if you really like this Blasty. You already know that you have a new top end, and you'd be surprised at how cheap a replacement crank can be. Try Ebay. If you bought another Blaster later on, you're getting into a whole new set of unknown problems. Most of the work involved in replacing a crank is labor anyways, not parts...

if you can, pull the head off and turn the motor over by hand( using the kicker with the ignition off) as see if the rings are nickin the ports, or if you can see any visual play in it..

if its lower end, you have a good excuse for a 3 mill

well i rode the sh*t out of it today and ran great wat i remember is the copper gasketis a little tinny than the 68mm bore

the good thing is that it didnt make much noise any more and it runs great against a 400 ex and beat it at throttle response so one question

my friends trx400 (2003) was going on fifth gear and then turned off and couldnt get it to start the lights wernt on the startor nothing so any help please it turns pulling it now
