Just purchased a full DG exhaust system for my stock 98 Blaster.
Does that mean I have to re-jet?cheers

I know that my Bike had to get re jetted when I got a FMF Pipe and reeds but Im sure one to the top guy's would be able to give tou a defenete answer

Ha. I wouldn't call myself a "top guy" but it is very likely you will need to put in a larger jet. What you want to do is a couple plug chops (directions in the stickies above) to see if you are now running lean. If not, cool. If so, then you'll want to rejet fairly soon before you incur serious engine damage.

Some companies include a fatter jet with their pipe kits. It is likely you will have to go up a size or two, especially if you have an aftermarket air filter and/or no airbox cover.

general rule of thumb is.... anytime you change the airflow, into(air filter/intake)
or out of(exhaust)a motor, you have to adjust the fuel mixture accordingly with the proper jet,
like royal said, read the plug chop diy sticky and understand it, also do a search for a plug color chart, so you understand what your lookin at, rich or lean, then jet up or down till you get it right

yes you will need to rejet... it's not always about just changing a main jet either.. pilot jets and needle setting is also critical.. and sometimes will need changed from swapping pipes..
