there are a few, one is the freeze trick. put water end and freeze it till it is pushed back out, but you have to be careful or you will rip a weld.

no you have to fill the entire header with water and seal the ends as the ice expands it will push out and it may push your dent out , or cause other damage . maybe that dent gives you more bottom end? little restriction there may help with holeshots

you dont want the dent, and you dont want to fill it fully with water. that is what i mean by carefully, you can to leave it a little empty, like fill it up and then put your finger into the hole to push out some water.
too much water, it will expand too much and rip a weld. not enough water and it wont expand enough to pop the dent out.
you also want to slowly push it out so it doesn't weaken too much.

another solution ( which may garner you better results ) is use a dremel and cut out the dent , then get a piece of sheet metal thats bigger than the hole and hammer it to the shape and have someone wire feed it on . stock expansion chambers aren't made to tolerate a ice treatment , but good luck on whatever route you choose .

Hardware stores have some sweet expansion plugs in the plumbing dept. Some could also be used for leakdown test. Just be cool with the heat and air, work slowly , buldging out would be almost as bad as a dent for flow.
