Thanks.I'm doing all this on a very slim budget.I would not be able to do what I've done to it if not for finding real good deals.alot of the money came from selling off stuff that I really didn't need.like most people,I lost a good paying job do to the economy.alot of contractors had to close up shop. I was one of the lucky ones.I was able to find some kind of work even if it does pay alot less.Some of the guys I've worked with still can't find work.I'm doing ok. I'm keeping the bills paid. That's why anything that I do to my Blaster means alot to me.it's not easy finding that little extra cash to get stuff.

Update.got some nice stuff on the way. Scored a brand new Boss racing billet axle lock nut for $21.95 shipped.scored some nice YFZ heel guards for $24.05 shipped. Will add picks when they arrive.

Those yfz heel guards are nice, i bought some new ones on flea bay but payed 35 shipped but i like em alot. I only had to make a right side bracket because i twisted the yfz braket on the left side to hook on the rear fender mount with no bolts, it just hooks on for support.

I'm glad I got them. The stock ones look ugly and the way I ride, I need heel guards.I don't want to end up like awk did.

I feel it's wise to listen to good advice.it could of ended up alot worse if you had been going flat out.

This is what I started with.

I know it's late to start this but better late then never. I have slot to rite about so I will be adding post on a daily bases. The main thing I'm doing rite now is pAinting. I got it all apart. I'm doing the sanding on the frame now and saying to myself, what the he'll was I thinking. Lol. Wish I had the money to go get it powder coated but don't want to pay the $250 to have it done. The main things I got for it lately is some black our grips,red with black flames shock covers,used braided front brake line and the best on all is the awk08 text brake beakers. I have had this blaster for about a year now and never rode it yet. It been all about upgrades. I blame blasterforum for getting this mod sickness. Lol. My next post will list all upgrades I have done.
