I am buying a stock cylinder head to put on my blaster, These are my mods.
4 degree advance
Carbon fiber Super stock Reeds
Reed Spacer
Uni Filter
No air box lid
FMF Power Core 2 silencer
FMF Fatty
14t Sprocket
ITP Holeshots
How Much can I have milled off this head that is coming?
I dont want to have to run race fuel. I always put 93 in my bike but since I live in IL they also blend it with 10% ethanol
Just need some help here.

It's not just milling that improves your power, it's rechambering.

Blaster pistons and heads have a notoriously poor fitup from the factory. The blaster was designed as an entry level quad so they weren't worried about how much power it could put out.... they didn't worry about how close the piston and head were or how much power COULD be put out by proper fit up just as long as the engine didn't grenade any time soon.

The dome of the blaster piston has about a 9.5° arc around the outside of the crown. The stock blaster head has about a 20° angle on the corresponding area of the head but a large quench area (distance from the piston to cylinder head). Head rechambering nearly matches the head and piston angles and then lowers the head to put the piston closer to the combustion chamber and then works the center section of the combustion chamber out larger to correct the compression ratio.

With proper head rechambering, the head can be made to run cooler and put out more power.

If the local shop knows what the F they're doing, they can do it. If they know nothing about rechambering blaster heads, you better get someone else.

Ken's not the only one who rechambers heads. Most all of the blaster engine builders have the setup and knowledge to rechamber your head properly. Call some of the engine builders and talk to them. See what they recommend and how much they are talking to get it done.

Wildcard, flotek, chutzell, Ken, any of them can rechamber your head for you.
