your ports are moved to match the new stroke of the +3crank. if you port it then get the +3 your port timing will be f'ed. I don't know anything about the exhaust you are runnning so i can't really coment on it.
 
The ports need to be matched to the new +3 stroke. Without the porting, the ports will be way off time and you will see very minimal gains at best from the stroker. And no only the jug needs to be sent to have the porting done, and the head if you are getting it cut.
 
lol! ya snooze ya loose. when i was shopping for a crank i was having a hard time finding anything but a vito's. I think hotrods makes one.
 
If you buy a crank in the US. just have it shipped directly to your builder so that they can true it. that way you don't have to pay all the extra shipping costs

actually you might just want to get a whole top end and everything sent straight to them. when i did mine i just asked ken if he had one and he did. he gave me a jug and head for next to nothing
