If your watch the blaster assembly vids on the kenoconnorracing you tube channel it gives more detail, but basically you treat the crankcase area and transmission area somewhat seperately, snug all of them up gently, by working your way around the crankcase area in a crisscross pattern followed by crisscrossing the remaining bolts, once they are all snug, you can go to half torque, then back around again to full torque. I don't remember the spec off hand, but it can be found in the service manual, it is also noted in the videos
