Crack in motor mount, pic

My blaster survived the Marienvill & Timberline ATV/Bike trail this weekend, but i notice a small crack on the front right mount. I probably cant fit the tig torch in with the motor, pipe & fenders on, but i think i can get it with the mig gun, so it will be fixed for awk wild ride.

Mine is cracked too on the same mount. but both halves of mine a broken now. What year is your bike?

Thats sucks..... welcome to my world... thats not bad at all at least. I actually had to make new mounts.... and then they broke again! lol go figure.....

The best way to fix that is to remove that whole mount and fab up others with the engine still in the bike. We have done many of these and have used 1/8" material and have never had them break after that even running without the counterballancers in the motors.

Those trails are nice, been there many times myself.
